Cancellation Policy

Registration Fee
Registration fees are non-refundable. In exchange, registrants will receive
abstracts and other documents after the closing session.

Social Functions (including Dinners)
If you cancel by August 31 Japan time, then the social functions fee will be refunded after the closing session, minus an administrative fee. The refund will be wired to the bank account specified by you. Social functions fees cannot be refunded on or after September 1.
